Thanks to the hard work and dedication of all personnel, the company has maintained a healthy, stable, and sustainable development momentum in 2021. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all employees for their hard work. In 2021, which is the 16th year of Runsheng's establishment, all employees worked together with sincerity and diligence to write a new chapter in the company's development. The use of large-scale new factories, the introduction of modern equipment, the enhancement of new product development capabilities, and the reference and implementation of successful enterprise management achievements have effectively improved the competitiveness of the company and laid a solid foundation for its development. These achievements are the crystallization of the collective wisdom and sweat of all Runsheng employees, fully demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit and fighting style, and practicing the harmonious progress between employees and the enterprise. In the new year, the company will further deepen its institutional reform, promote diversified product operations, and seek greater development space. At the same time, the company places greater emphasis on its talent strategy, striving to attract more skilled workers and provide a broader development platform. The scale of the enterprise has expanded, and the new company has undergone 7 months of perfect tempering from construction to completion. From dilapidated walls to the current grandeur, from a small production workshop to a 10000 level purification workshop with over 1000 square meters, our development origins are not limited.

As the spring sun gradually returns, all things begin to renew. The variety of products continues to increase, and 12 new medical device products have been registered. Our innovative development is still striving forward.

Over the past year, I would also like to express my gratitude to the old employees who have always chosen Runsheng and silently worked to support it. Their safe production and innovative models are led by them. In the face of achievements, all employees are the greatest contributors, the backbone that supports the normal operation of the company, the concrete embodiment of corporate culture and spirit, and our hope for survival and development in adversity.
